What does everyone think about the experience of corporate of baptism in the Spirit? (not in anyway detracting from individual experiences)(p 89). My personal experience of the ministry of the body – as miraculuouly seen in healing of Brian Gaven this week following the prayer of the whole 9 am congregation – is very powerful. And the awareness needs to be encouraged. Some will never “go-it-alone”.
Then what?
I have experienced people being “zapped” where they are in the pews. And people “bursting into tears”.
To go the corporate route requires great sensitivity and explination/education of the congregation.
The guy who was blessed out of his socks in the pew where he sat, would never have come to the front. He become a leader in the church rather than “just a folower”.

I really enjoyed this section and it has become very clear to me the need/importance of a deep understanding of Kingdom Theology and the Bigger picture of God, so that I/we can articulate it “in the world”.
Hate to admit that I grew up at a time when Charles Atlas adverts appeared in magazines!
Went to see a Surgeon in Johannesburg and noted a painting on the wall behind his desk of a Surgeon (him) operating with Jesus standing behind him. Gave me confidence!
I liked the last question which challenges us to do something with the course. I know it (and the other courses we have gone) has helped me enormously. Particularly in my role as a Lay Minister. I preached on Freedom day at the 10am Service and used the notes to help in compiling the “setting free” message of Jesus.
Thanks for setting this up Antonio.

I think this needs to be a discussion topic!
